Doris670wx530hweb Doris Younane, Principal, WEST SIDE ACTORS STUDIO, is a NIDA trained actor with over twenty five years experience in the entertainment industry.

Doris has has worked alongside the likes of Geoffrey Rush, Colin Friels, Sam Neil, Claudia Karvan, Rebecca Gibney, Sigrid Thornton and many more. She has worked in all areas of the industry - theatre, film and television - and has been nominated for numerous awards throughout her career. Most recently she appeared in the Australian film "The Combination"; UK television co-production "False Witness"; and "Blackjack" for Ten Network. She is also very well known from her work on "McLeod's Daughters", and "Heartbreak High".

Doris is currently in the process of developing a television series with Australia's best known AND AWARD WINNING director Peter Andrikidis.
